WHAT IS CHRA-EUR-MGR@LISTS.ARMY.MIL?

Civilian Human Resources Agency - Europe (CHRA-E)

This mailing list is focused on distributing updates that are relevant to supervisors and managers of Army civilians in the Europe region.

Civilian Human Resources Agency - Europe (CHRA-E) delivers civilian personnel services for appropriated and non-appropriated fund United States Citizens and Local Nationals (LN) in Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and the Netherlands. Forward located Civilian Personnel Advisory Centers (CPACs) provide onsite advice and guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees on all aspects of civilian employment with Army and DOD. The Regional Director's Office provides the administrative and technical support to the program, to include processing and maintaining personnel actions and records and providing technical assistance to CPACs and management.
